Annet Mahendru

Mahendru is an Afghani female born of an Russian father and a Hindu Indian mother. Mahendru is fluent of German Russian and English and additionally speaks French Persian and Hindi. Annet Mahendru was born to an Indian father and mother of a Russian mother. When she was 11, she created a choreography that earned her a slot on German television as a beautiful Russian snow maiden that turns into an energetic Indian dancer. Following her graduation at New York's High School, she was awarded her bachelor's degree in English degree at St. John's University. After school she took acting classes at the HB studio but the left to study improvisation in the Groundlings School taking on several comedy-related projects afterward. The family moved together with their father to East Meadow, New York when she was thirteen and a half years old. She appears on FX's The Americans alongside Matthew Rhys. Television actress who is best known for her role as an ex- KGB agent Nina Sergeevna Krilova on FX's The Americans. She had a recurring part in Fox's The Following and NBC's The Blacklist.
